The third con is that you may not be able to reach your full potential. For example, if you are not doing well at work, it may cause you to have a bad reputation. It will also affect your relationships with your superiors and coworkers.

The first con is to yourself. A procrastinator would end up doing what is called "panic work". When you put something off for too long, you are forced to do all the work in a rush, and sometimes, you end up doing it badly. You might also get stressed and feel anxious.
